THE PROCESS

Initial Meeting:

  • Generate a goal and fulfillment plan, a five-point evaluation of your quantifiable campaign goals, including an analysis of secondary fulfillment resources
  • Rate and outline primary and secondary inventory based on client needs
  • Outline specific sports/specific geographies
  • Complete demographic/geographic competition assessment
  • Review budget goals

Appleton/Team(s):

  • Appleton contacts team on client’s behalf to receive an initial proposal

Client Review:

  • Reviews proposal with client, outlining strengths and potential weaknesses against five-point plan

Appleton/Team(s):

  • Negotiates proposal based on client review of evaluation
  • Assists with closing the contract
