1. You are the right sponsorship choice for companies looking to:
Engage consumers throughout Michigan using Palace Sports & Entertainment assets which include The Palace (22,000 seat arena), Detroit Pistons (NBA), DTE Energy Music Theatre (16,000-seat outdoor Amphitheatre) & Meadow Brook Amphitheatre (8,000-seat Amphitheatre).

2. The most underutilized piece of sponsorship inventory you sell is:
Our digital & social media platforms are underutilized, mainly due to the fact that many brands are still trying to determine their digital strategy. Our digital team is consistently used in NBA Team Marketing “Best Practices” and has been tremendous in developing specific platforms for sponsors.

3. Your top tip to companies looking to reach fans is:
Always leave funds for local, regional and/or national activation. IP Rights can be the most impactful property asset acquired by a sponsor, but the only way to leverage it is by using activation funds outside of the sponsor elements obtained in the agreement.

4. Your most rewarding experience helping a corporate client achieve their marketing goals through team sponsorship was when:
Numerous times, I’ve been approached by a sponsor after a multi-year agreement facing the challenge that their objectives have changed, and they are looking to end the partnership to go in a different direction. Once we sit down and learn more about their strategic direction, we are able to change strategy ourselves, and more often than not, continue the partnership with new objectives in mind.

5. Your goal with sponsorship clients is to:
Approach as solution-based sellers with sponsor objectives in mind during the entire process. As the needs of our partners change, so will our strategy in determining what will work as a platform.
